You are aware that East Side Club is a private club for Gay, Bi & Trans men with public nudity and pornography.

You must be 18 years of age with valid government ID and East Side Club membership. Your name must be cleared against our 86’d list for entry.

This is a zero-tolerance club. The selling, possession, use of, or solicitation for drugs, alcohol, open containers, weapons or other contraband is strictly prohibited, and will result in immediate expulsion and notification of proper authorities. Please inform staff if you witness any illegal activity during your visit.

Your bag(s) will be searched by staff before you are permitted inside the club. If any contraband, drug paraphernalia, weapons or alcohol are discovered, you will be denied entry. Anyone refusing a bag search will be denied entry.

Persons suspected of being under the influence will be refused service.

You must rent a locker or a room. You can secure your locker or room with the key provided. East Side Club is not responsible for the loss of personal items stored in your locker or room. We provide a safe box for small valuables like your phone or wallet at the front desk, available at check-in.

Lockers and rooms are rented for a standard stay of 4 hours, or 6 hours for a Late Night Stay. Longer visits will incur overtime charges.

Late and lost key fees are payable when incurred. Outstanding balances must be paid in full before reentry to the club.

Smoking of anything inside the club is prohibited.

Loud, harmful, violent, disorderly, disrespectful or inappropriate behavior is prohibited.

Causing damage to or tampering with club facilities or property is prohibited.

Prostitution is strictly prohibited.

Sleeping in public areas is prohibited.

Cross dressing (makeup, clothing, wigs, etc.) is not permitted outside of your rented room.

Photography, video recording or live streaming of any kind is not permitted. You may bring your cell phone into the club, and you may use it discreetly at your locker or inside your room. If you are suspected of or caught taking photos or video, you will be asked to leave the club without a refund. Wearable recording devices are forbidden, such as smart glasses and any wearable device with a camera. For security purposes only, video and/or audio monitoring and recording equipment is in limited use in some public areas.

East Side Club will be held harmless for any actions between consenting adults in this facility. Safer sex is always encouraged. Honest discussion, status disclosure, negotiation and mutual consent are key elements of safer sex. We provide free, readily available condoms. We encourage you to use these resources to help you make the best decisions about your sexual health.

Use of steam room, sauna and other equipment and facilities is at your own risk. East Side Club is not liable for any loss, personal injury, or death resulting from misuse.

Please use discretion; everyone has the expectation of privacy at East Side Club.

Purchasing and/or renewing an East Side Club membership acknowledges that you have read and agree to abide by all basic club rules listed above.

East Side Club reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Cashiers cannot issue refunds for any reason.
Weekday & weekend pricing
Rates are set by the day and time you check in. Current prices for each locker and room are listed in the Rates section of our website and at the front desk.
Coupons
Coupons are given to annual members only, at check-out.
You must redeem at least 5 coupons at a time, at check-in.
During weekend pricing, coupons can only cover the full price of your visit. For example, a $30 room requires 30 coupons.
Overtime
A standard stay is 4 hours; a Late Night Stay is 6 hours. The front desk will call you before your time expires.
You have 30 minutes after your base time ends. After that, overtime is charged.
If you do not pay your overtime at check-out, the amount is deferred to your next visit and must be settled before you can enter.
No drugs policy
We have a strict policy that prohibits the possession and/or use of alcohol, drugs, weapons, or engaging in any illegal activity. No exceptions!
Desk safe box
For your security, and to avoid loss or theft, we keep your valuable belongings (wallet, ID, valuables) in a safe box at the front desk. Ask for it at check-in.
